摘要 目的:探讨经皮微创稳定系统LISS治疗胫骨多节段骨折的临床效果。方法:LISS治疗胫骨近段及中下段骨折10例,其中车祸伤8例,压砸伤1例,高处坠落伤1例。骨折按AO分型C1型3例,C2型5例,C3型2例。开放性骨折2例,闭合性骨折8例。结果:全部病例获得随访,时间为2-20个月,平均12个月。切口均Ⅰ期愈合,术后X线片复查示骨折对位对线良好。按Johner-W ruhs方法评价,优8例,良2例。总满意率100%。结论:LISS钢板治疗胫骨复杂性骨折术中创伤小,大大提高治愈时间,且并发症少,是一种有效的内固定方法。 Objective: To discuss the curative effect of application of LISS in treatment of splintered fracture of proximal tibia. Method:10 cases were fixed with LISS steel plate, road accident in 8,crushing in 1, dropping in 1. AO : C 1:3, C2 : 5, C3 : 2 . opening injury for 2, closing injury for 2. Result: All cases were healed in first stage after 2 -20 months follow -up (12 months in average). There were 8 cases excellent,2 cases good healed with standard of Johner-wruhs method with total satisfactory rate of 100 %. Conclusion: There might be a higher successful rate and easy to perform without complication for LISS in treatment of splintered fracture of proximal tibia.
