摘要
目的:研究绞窄疝并局部感染行一期手术的可行性。方法:术中充分清创、清洗,行一期疝修补术,术后引流冲冼。结果:术后愈合良好,无复发。结论:绞窄疝并局部感染行一期手术是可行。
Objective： To determine the reliability of primary repair as a remedy for strangulated hernia. Methods：Thorough debridements were carried out before the primary repairs were implemented. Postoperative drainages were also required. Result： Healings were satisfactory without any reoccurence after the operations. Conclusion ： It was reliable to use primary repair for the treatment of strangulated hernia with local infection.
