慢性中耳炎应用硼酸粉的疗效观察

Observation the Curative Effect of Boric Acid Powder on the Treatment of Chronic Otitis Media

目的:观察硼酸粉治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法:将慢性化脓性中耳炎200耳分为观察组和对照组。观察组在每次洗耳后喷上硼酸粉,对照组在每次洗耳后按常规滴抗生素滴耳液。结果:观察组疗效比对照组疗效显著提高。结论:硼酸粉用于慢性化脓性中耳炎可取得良好疗效,值得推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of boric acid powder on the treatment of chronic otitis media. Method： A total of 200 cases patients with chronic suppurative otitis media were divided into the observation group and control group. After washing the ears, the boric acid powder was blown into the ears in the observation group, while only the regular antibiotic ear drops was used in the control group. Result： The curative effect in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group. Conclusion ： The boric acid powder is effective in the treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media, which is valuable for the popularization.
