妊娠合并妇科急腹症31例治疗体会

The Treatment Understanding on 36 Cases of Pregnant with Gynecologic Acute Abdomen

目的:研究妊娠期妇科急腹症的临床特点和处理方法,提高妊娠期急腹症的诊断和治疗水平。方法:对5年期间妊娠期妇科急腹症31例的诊治进行回顾性分析。结果:本组孕产妇无死亡。术后患者3例行人流手术,1例早产,非手术孕产妇3例行人流手术。结论:妊娠期的急腹症必须积极慎重处理,及早进行正确有效的治疗,可明显提高治愈率,降低人流手术发生率和早产率。

Objective： To discuss the clinical specialty and approach of pregnant with gynecologic acute abdomen and to enhance the level of diagnosis and treatment on pregnant with gynecologic acute abdomen. Method： The diagnosis and treatment of 36 cases of pregnant with gynecologic acute abdomen were retrospectively reviewed. Result： In all cases, there was no death, the patients had induced abortion after operating, there was a premature birth and three gravidas who did not operate had induced abortion. Conclusion： Acute abdomen during pregnant period must be treated positively and carefully, early and correct therapy can enhance recovery rate and reduce rate of induced abortion and premature birth.
