妊娠合并脑静脉窦血栓的诊治研究

Study the Diagnosis and Treatment for Cerebral Venous Thrombosis Around Gestation Period

目的:探讨妊娠期脑静脉窦血栓的诊断与治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析14例妊娠期脑静脉窦血栓患者的主要临床表现、影像学特点及治疗方案。结果:治疗后14例患者中9例完全康复,偏瘫1例,失明1例,视力下降1例,死亡2例。结论:妊娠合并脑静脉窦血栓在临床上相对少见,病情凶险,及时诊断,尽早终止妊娠、抗凝溶栓治疗是减少孕产妇死亡、改善预后的关键。

Objective： To explore the methods for diagnosis and treating cerebral venous thrombosis （CVT） around gestation period. Method： We reviewed 14 patients＇clinical symptoms, character of radiolo- gy and the methods of treatment with CVT around gestation period. Result： After the treatment, 9 patients were completely recovered, one was hemiplegy, one was blindness, one was sight decline, two cases were dead. Conclusion： Cerebral venous thrombosis（CVT） around gestation period was rare and serious danger. To terminate the gestation, treat with thrombolysis and anticoagulation were the keys to reduce the maternal mortality rate and improve the prognosis.
