溃疡性结肠炎应用中药汤剂治疗观察

Observing the Effect of Herbal Decoction on Ulcerative Colonitis

目的:探讨应用中药汤剂治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法:选择2005年1月至2008年12月来我院就诊的溃疡性结肠炎患者114例,随机分为两组,治疗组63例服用自拟中药汤剂治疗;对照组51例采用柳氮磺胺吡啶口服,琥珀酸氢化可的松灌肠。结果:治疗组总有效率96%,对照组总有效率90%,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:中药汤剂治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效好,费用低,副作用小,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the effect of herbal decoction on ulcerative colonitis. Method： 114 cases ulcerative colonitis from Jan. 2005 to Dec. 2008 in our hospital were divided into two groups. 63 cases in treatment group were given herbal decotion, 51 cases in control group were given sulfasalazine orally with succinic acid hydrogenation cortisone edema. Result： The total effective rate was 96%- 90% in treatment group and control group respectively. The effect in treatment group is superior to that in control gorup. Conclusion ： To treat ulcerative colonitis with herbal decoction is effective, with less side effect, the cost is cheaper. It＇s worth applying clinically.
