摘要
用紫露草雄蕊毛突变技术对盘龙江松花坝至滇池河段的水质进行监测.监测结果显示:整条江水质呈现出轻重不一的污染段面.北仓、滇池汇水口样点水质具有较高的雄蕊毛突变率,突变率分别为0.492‰和0.556‰.城区河段紫露草雄蕊毛突变率较低,最低点为双凤桥样点,突变率为0.226‰.但从整体来看,由松花坝雄蕊毛突变率0.091‰至滇池汇水口处增至0.556‰,水体的潜在性致突变物污染程度逐渐加重.
In the experiment,the water quality of Panlongjiang River was monitored by using Tradescantia.The result showed that the river was divided into different sections according to Mutant rates of two sites,Beicang and honjia,were 0.492‰ and 0.556‰ respectively,higher than other siles.The mutant rates of the sites in urban area were lower,the lowest site of which is shuangfeng bridge.In general,the pollution level of its mutants in Panlongjiang River incresaed along with its extension from shonghunba Reservoir to Dianchi lake (the mutant rates changed from 0.091‰ to 0.556‰).Meanwhile,the result indicated the River water might be in danger of mutagenesis.
