摘要
基于两地区的技术内生经济增长模型,建立了FDI投资对区域技术水平影响的经济动态模型,从中得到的结论是FDI对国内技术的提升有一定的局限性,主要表现在:通过引进FDI能够提升国内的技术水平和人均产出水平,但是受到FDI技术转让、投资技术先进性程度等因素的制约;从FDI促进国内技术水平提升的动态运动过程看,相对技术水平升级速度较慢。由此得到了相应的政策启示,鼓励FDI采用先进技术投资,提高跨国公司投资的技术水平,东道国应加大教育支出水平和研发力度,加强知识产权保护力度。
The article set up the economic dynamic model of FDI influenced on district technology which is based on endogenetic technology economic growth pattern. The conclusion about the promotion of FDI to domestic technology is limited to a certain extent. The limitation is displayed on： 1,absorbing FDI can promote the technology and per capital output which are restricted by transfer of technology and the level of advanced technology;2,1ooking at the dynamic process of domestic technology impelling by FDI, the speed of relative technology is very slow. So some policy enlightenment is put out such as encouraging FDI to exploit advanced technology, increasing education funds and R＆D expenditure, and protecting knowledge.
