调研分析了我国高校高水平游泳队教练员队伍的性别和年龄结构、专业工作经历、科研水平、认知工具掌握、办队和训练目的认识以及运动员对教练员能力评价等基本现状,探讨了教练员队伍管理的选拔、使用与培养等基本问题,提出了高校高水平游泳队教练员队伍建设与发展的对策。

This article analyzes the sex and age structure, the coaching experience, scientific research level and learning ability of the coaches for high - level swimming teams in Chinese colleges and universities, as well as the goal for forming and training a team and team member＇s assessment of the coach＇s ability. Such basic problems are discussed as the selection, function and cultivation of coaches. Countermeasures for the construction and development of coaches for high -level swimming teams in colleges and universities are also proposed.
