摘要
针对传统桥式整流升压功率因数校正(PFC)电路效率较低的缺点,提出了基于单周期控制策略的高效率无桥PFC电路拓扑,指出其优势在于可减少通态损耗,提高电路效率。通过优化设计其电磁兼容,降低了共模干扰,提高了系统可靠性。为了得到完整的输入电流,提高控制精度,采用一套新颖的基于电流互感器的电流采集方案,实现了准确可靠的电流检测。试验结果表明,基于单周期控制策略的高效率无桥PFC电路能实现近似单位功率因数,系统效率高、稳定性强,而且控制方法简单、可靠。
For the low efficiency of traditional Boost PFC circuit,this article chooses a high efficiency of power factor correction (PFC) circuit based on one cycle control strategy,the advantages of this topology are the reduced circuit loss,the improved system efficiency.The circuit design is optimized and its common mode interference is reduced.For the high precision of control system, this article selects a novel current sensing system through two current transformers to achieve the full input current.Resuhs prove that this high-efficiency bridgeless Boost PFC circuit can achieve almost unity power factor, very high efficiency, and the control method is simple and reliable.
