摘要
大豆在国家粮食安全体系中具有重要地位,目前我国大豆产业形势严峻。南方大豆产业是我国大豆产业重要有机组成部分,具有大豆品种的适应性广、种植技术的系统性强、食品加工的优势突出等"三大亮点"。南方大豆产业可持续发展应该实现市场化、规模化、组织化、专业化、规范化等"五化",并从调整全国大豆生产布局、加大科研推广投入、区域化大合作、运行模式等角度,提出了建立南方大豆产业发展体系的政策建议。
Although soybean plays an important role in national food safety system, Chinese soybean industry is facing severe situation. As one of the key organic component parts in national soybean industry, soybean industry in South China possesses three bright spots： they are extensive adaptability of soybean species, system intensity of cultivatiun technology, and safety of food processing. It is necessary to realize commercialization, large-scale production, better organization, specialization and standardization for the sustainable development of soybean industry. Based on above analysis, this paper provided some policy suggestions for establishing the soybean industry system in south China, including the regulation of national soybean product layout, increase of government input for scientific and technological development and extension, regional cooperation, mode of operation, and so on.
