摘要 原发性高血压的发病机制目前还不完全清楚,但是大量的研究均发现氧化应激在高血压的发病机制和并发症中具有重要的作用。现从基础与临床两个方面,对高血压与氧化应激的相关性、抗高血压药物治疗与氧化应激、抗氧化应激药物与高血压的发病机制、高血压与氧化应激的因果关系等方面对高血压与氧化应激进行了较为系统的阐述,并对一些临床研究的结果进行了初步评价。最后,对高血压与氧化应激的下一步研究方向和方法进行了展望。 The pathogenesis of essential hypertension is not well understood. However, many studies have supported that reactive oxygen species plays a very important role in the mechanism of essential hypertension. In this paper, hasally and clinically, we have reviewed the relationship of hypertension and reactive oxygen species, antihypertensive treatment effect and reactive oxygen species, antioxidative treatment effect and pathogenesis of hypertension, cause and effect relationship of reactive oxygen species and hypertension in detail.
