摘要
多种心脏疾病发展到一定阶段的共同病理表现是心肌纤维化。心肌纤维化受多种因素调控,包括肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统、内皮素、缓激肽、生长因子及基质金属蛋白酶等。许多研究证实在心肌纤维化过程中血小板衍生生长因子也扮演了重要角色,现对血小板衍生生长因子与心肌纤维化相互关系的最新研究进展做一综述。
When many cardiovascular diseases progress to a certain stage, the common pathological progression is myocardial fibrosis. Myocardial fibrosis is induced by many factors including: renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system, endothelin, bradykinin, growth factor, and matrix metalloproteinases. The role of platelet-derived growth factors in this pathological process has also been confirmed. This article reviews new research in the relationship between platelet-derived growth factors and myocardial fibrosis.
