Clinical Applications of Advances in Velocity Vector Imaging Technique

摘要 速度向量成像是评价心肌结构力学、分析局部心功能的一项新技术,通过检测心脏的轴向、径向和环向运动,分析心脏扭转运动、应变及应变率以及心脏同步化收缩,从而更加全面地认识心脏的运动,现就该技术及临床应用做一综述。 Velocity vector imaging (VVI) is a new tool for assessing myocardial structural mechanics, and regional myocardial function via detection of myocardial longitudinal, radial, and circumferential movement. We can estimate twist movement of the heart, strain and strain rate, and cardiac synchronization contraction, in order to study the absolute movements of the heart.
