摘要 焊接作为一种基本加工方法,应用非常广泛。电弧焊接是焊接方法中最重要的一个大类。不同的焊接工艺方法需要相应的电弧焊机。弧焊电源是电弧焊机中的关键部件,是为焊接电源提供电能的一种装置。弧焊技术是现代焊接技术的重要组成部分,其应用范围几乎涵盖了所有的焊接生产领域。没有先进的弧焊电源及其控制技术,要实现先进的焊接工艺和得到良好的焊接接头是不可能的。阐述了弧焊电源的由来、发展历程、现状及发展趋势,详细介绍了弧焊电源的具体分类、特点及应用范围。同时,深入探讨了近年来出现的各种新技术在弧焊电源中的应用,并预测分析了弧焊电源的发展前景。 Welding is taken as one basic processing method,the application is comprehensive.The arc welding is the most important method in welding.Different welding process method needs the corresponding electric arc welder.The arc welding power source is also the key component of electric arc welder, is also one kind of equipment and provides the electrical energy for the welding power source.The are welding technology is a important component of the modern welding technology ,its application scope has covered all welding realm of production nearly.Without the advanced arc welding power source and the controlling technology ,to realize the advanced welding process and to obtain the good welding joint is impossible.This paper describes the origins of the arc welding power source,the development process,the present situation and development trend.Introduce the arc welding power source's concrete classified characteristic ,the application scope in detail.At the same time ,in recent years of new technologies about welding power source in the development of applications are discussed, and forecasting the prospects for the development of arc welding power source in the end.
