摘要
针对抄纸干燥部的工况多变、选用传统控制方式不易控制的情况,设计了一种基于模糊PID算法设计的S7-300控制系统,介绍其理论和实际编程方法。该系统鲁棒性强,可适应复杂工况,实际应用结果表明该系统算法合理、易实现,控制效果好。
A S7-300 controlling system based on fuzzy PID arith- metic was designed because of changeable processing in PM dryer section and inapplicability of traditional controlling means. The theory and practical programming of S7-300 were introduced. The system is robust and can be adopted in complicated situations. Actual application results showed good controlling effect and S7-300 is arithmetically reasonable, easily achievable.
