摘要
卷制轴套以其独特特点在许多行业中获得越来越广泛的应用,同时传统模具设计方法很难适应现代生产对该产品的需求。影响卷制轴套生产的主要因素是加工工艺,而目前国内外许多研究人员把研究主要集中在复合材料的减摩和耐磨性能的改进方面,在改进轴套成型工艺和模具设计自动化方面的研究相对滞后。因此,利用VC++对UG进行二次开发,开发出一套具有良好用户界面的专用卷制轴套模具CAD系统,从根本上解决了卷制轴套模具设计的滞后问题。
With its unique sleeves rolled in many industry characteristics gain more widely. At the same time, the traditional mould design method to adapt to the modem production of the product demand. The influence factors of sleeves rolled production is processing. But, both at home and abroad, many researchers have focused on research of composite materials coefficient and wear-resisting performance improvements, in improving the collar molding technology and die design automation research relatively lags. Therefore, this paper development of a good user interface of mould CAD system use VC++ and UG to solve the problem of the sleeves rolled mould design lag, fundamentally.
