形觉剥夺性近视与碱性成纤维细胞生长因子研究进展

摘要 近视是眼科的常见病,因发病机制不明,目前尚无有效的病因治疗方法。近几十年来实验性近视动物模型的建立引起了国内外学者的广泛兴趣,建立形觉剥夺性近视动物模型来研究其发病机制及其与各种生长因子的相互作用,有了很多突破性的进展。碱性成纤维细胞生长因子是一种阳离子多肽,具有广泛的生物学效应,如刺激增殖,具有趋化作用,参与创伤修复。多种研究表明,碱性成纤维细胞生长因子可以在一定程度上抑制剥夺性近视的形成和发展。现将二者之间的关系予以综述。 Myopia is a common disease in ophthalmology. But the pathogenesis of the disease is still unclear and has not effective treatment. By establishing the experimental animal model with form- deprivation myopia( FDM), scholars around the world began to study the pathogenesis of myopia. They found that growth factors played an important role in the disease. Basic fibroblast growth factor is an ion polypeptide in the family of fibroblast growth factors which has many biological effects, such as stimulating generation and chemotaxis to participate in trauma repairing. Many investigations indicated that bF- GF could partly inhibit the formation and development of FDM. This article reviews the relationship between bFGF and FDM.
