类风湿性关节炎滑膜新生血管形成及抑制机制 被引量:11

Research Progress of Synovium Neovascularization and its Inhibitory Mechanism in Rheumatoid Arthritis

摘要 类风湿性关节炎(RA)是一种慢性炎症性疾病,关节滑膜增生并形成血管翳是其重要特征;增生的滑膜需要更多的血供以满足其对氧气和营养物质的需求,因而血管新生在血管翳的形成和维持方面起着关键的作用。鉴于血管翳是高度血管化的,抑制RA中血管新生可能会成为未来治疗RA的有效策略;本文对近年生成及抑制新生血管形成的机制研究予以综述。 Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a kind of chronic inflammatory disease characterized by hyperplasia of synovium and pannus formation. As more oxygen and nutrition are need in synovium hyperplasia, the generation of new vessels is important in pannus generation. Inhibiting new generated vessels may be of efficiency in future treatment of RA with hyper-vascularized pannus. This paper reviewed the research progress of formation and inhibition of new vessels in RA.
