肝内胆管结石的中西医结合治疗进展

Treatment Progress in Integrative Medicine Therapy of Intrahepatic Bile Duct Stone

肝内胆管结石在我国发病率很高，但其治疗效果往往不尽如人意，复发率较高。肝内胆管结石的治疗方法较多，包括外科手术治疗、微创内镜治疗、体内外碎石治疗、药物溶石治疗、中医药治疗等，但各种治疗方法都有一定的利弊，常常无法达到根治的目的。本文对肝内胆管结石的各种治疗方法进行综述，在临床上需依据患者的具体病况选择不同的治疗方法或采取多种方法结合，以提高疗效。

The incidence of intrabepatic bile duct stone is very high in our country, but its therapeutic effect is often unsatisfactory and the recurrence rate is high. There are many treatment methods about this disease,including surgical treatment, minimally invasive endoscopic treatment, broken stone treatment in vitro and in vivo, litholytic drug treatment, Chinese medicine treatment, but each of the treatments has certain advantages and disadvantages and often unable to achieve cure individually. This paper reviewed the treatment methods of intrahepatic bile duct stone,and the suitable regimens should be chosen or combined with different ways to enhance the therapeutic effect based on the condition of illness of patients.
