基于虚拟仪器的心电信号QRS波双通道差分识别法

Extracting ECG' QRS-peaks by two-channels difference method based on virtual instrument

摘要 在ECG特征点提取过程中,引入双通道信号处理的思路.其中一个通道为原ECG信号,另一辅助通道则对ECG信号进行调理至平滑后,通过运用差分和引入校正的方法,确定出原ECG信号通道中的R波峰点.实验结果表明,该方法可充分发挥经典差分法的优越性,在检测R峰点时具有识别率高、抗干扰力强、算法稳定性高及算法简单的特点,该方法可同时检出Q及S峰点. In this paper, two- channel difference method was introduced to extract R -peak of ECG. In this method, one channel was used to deal with the source ECG, the other was used for the smoothed ECG signal. By comparing, emending of difference method, the source R - peak of ECG could extract exactly from the co - channel. Experiments showed the method had following advantages, such as a high - extracting rate, stronger anti - interference, high stability, high Robust, and easy realization. This method could also be used to extract the Q and S peaks.
