核酸与杨梅黄素荧光体系的研究

Study of the interaction of nucleic acids and myricetin by fluorometry

摘要 研究了杨梅黄素与核酸溶液的结合反应.加入核酸溶液后,杨梅黄素在436 nm处的荧光强度显著地增强.在最佳实验条件下,对ctDNA和yRNA的线性范围分别为0.2-3.2μg/mL和0.18-3.2μg/mL.并讨论了干扰物质的影响,对其作用机理也进行了初步探讨. The binding reaction of myricetin with nucleic acids has been studied. The experiment confirmed the fluorescence enhancing of myricetin in the presence of nucleic acids with maximum emission wavelength at 436 nm. Under optimum conditions, the calibration graphs were linear over the range of 0.2-3.2μg/mL for ctDNA and 0.18-3.2 μg/mL for yRNA. Effects of interference substances on the interaction was investigated. The mechanism of the interaction between myricetin and ctDNA was also discussed.
