摘要
采用以砂为填料的流化床去除人工合成工业废水中铜、镍和锌离子的研究。废水和Na2CO3溶液进入流化床后,重金属离子与流化的砂粒接触并形成金属沉淀物而附着在砂粒的表面,从而达到从废水中去除的目的。试验结果表明,流化床内的pH对重金属离子的去除具有重要影响,最佳pH为9.0~9.1,当进水每种重金属浓度分别为10和20mg/L时,重金属的去除率分别>92%和95%。同时,通过扫描电镜研究了Na2CO3的投注方式对重金属沉淀物结构的影响。
A study on Cu2+,Ni2+,and Zn2+ ions removal from synthetic wastewater was conducted in fluidized bed reactor which was filled with sand as carriers.After the wastewater and sodium carbonate solution were injected into the reactor,the removals of the heavy metals ions were obtained by their precipitation on sand surfaces.Results indicated that the effect of pH on heavy metal removal was significant and the optimum pH was about 9.09.1.When heavy metal concentrations in influent were 10 mg/L and 20 mg/L,their removal efficiencies were above 92% and 95%,respectively,at the optimum pH value.Scanning electron microscope (SEM) was employed to evaluate the effect of carbonate injection modes on the structure of the precipitate on the sand surface.
