摘要
采用正交实验，研究了氰化物吹脱回收工艺影响因素的显著性，推导并建立了各影响因素与ＣＮ－残留率相关关系数学模型。分析了相同气水比下影响吹脱效果的关键因素，提出了原样ＣＮ－浓度与ＣＮ－残留液浓度无关。
Using orthogonal experiment,authors of the paper have researched some influencing factors of blowdown reusing process for cyanogen compound developed and established some mathematical models of various influencing factors being related to the residual ratio.The key factor influencing on blowdown effect was analyzed and was put forward the fact that the original concentration of CN - has no relation to its residual one.
