基于logit模型的上海市流动人口居返意愿研究

A Study with Logit Model on Migrants' Preference for Dwelling and Returning in Shanghai

基于"2005年上海市典型区域流动人口调查"问卷数据,通过构建二元logit回归模型进行验证后发现:上海市流动人口的配偶、收入、职业、子女随迁状况以及社会融合程度对其居返意愿是典型的影响因子,而性别、受教育程度、户口性质、更换住地次数等因素没有通过显著性检验。

Based on the data from a survey of 2005 on floating population in the typical areas of Shanghai, Logit regression analysis reveals that such factors as spouse, income, occupation, kids migrating with parents and the level of social integration have typical effects on migrants＇ Preference for Dwelling and Returning are important impact factors aspects, while sex, education degree, household registration, stability of dwelling don＇t get through significance test.
