“经脉”与“脉”概念内涵辨析——从唐宗海用气化观点阐释“经脉”说起

Discriminate the Meanings of Both Congcepts,Meridian and Blood Vessel,Beginning with Tang Zonghai Explained the Meaning of Meridian with Aerification Opinion

目的:探讨"经脉"与一般血脉之"脉"概念内涵的联系与区别。方法:从唐宗海用气化理论阐释"经脉"内涵,明确区分"经脉"与"脉"开始展开,剖析经脉与血脉(即西医的血管、脉管)两个概念的本质内涵。结果:"经脉"与一般血脉之"脉"两个概念既有联系,又有区别。结论:中医"脉"在形态上可对应于西医的血管,但"经脉"是一个包含气化内涵(或称功能)的概念,是人体运行气血的路径,它没有与之对应的特定形态结构。

Objective ： To explore the relation and difference of meridian and vessel. Methods ： Beginning with Tang Zonghai explained the meaning of meridian with aerification theory and distinguished meridian and vessel definitudly, anatomize two concepts,meridian and blood vessel＇s meanings. Results：Meridian and vessel not only have relation but also have difference. Conclusion ： in TCM the structure of Mai can corresponding with blood vessel in west medicine, but meridian is an aerification concept, is the path of gas and blood cireulating. It not only comprises the function of blood vessel ,but also comprises the tracks of other aerification movements in human＇s body,therefore there isn＇t special configuration to correspond with it.
