清代四部温病著作防治温疫方药规律研究

Four Works of Warn Disease about Plague Prevention and Treatment of Prescriptions Research the Disciplinarian during the Qing Dynasty

文章对清代四部温病学著作雷丰的《时病论》、陈耕道的《疫痧草》、熊立品的《治疫全书》、王士雄的《霍乱论》防治温疫的药物进行了整理统计及分析,总结了其防治温疫的用药规律及治疗特色。研究认为四部著作中选方数量、用药味数、用药频率等方面虽略有差异,但其防治温疫的医学思想具有共同的特点,即立足祛邪、重视扶正、气运变化与温疫发生相关。研究结果能为临床治疗及预防温疫类传染病提供重要参考资料。

In this paper,the Ming and Qing period of four works for the Doctrine of Epidemic Febrile Disease have been finished the collection ,statistical analysis. The four works include LEI Feng＇s “Shibirdun”, CHEN Geng-dao＇s“Yishaeao” , XIONG Li-pin＇s“zhiyi Qnanshu” and WANG Shi-xiong＇s“Huo luan lun”. We summed up the ancient physicians about plague of the drug control laws and treatment characteristics. That study selected works of the four the number of drug flavor, use a slightly different frequency areas, but four books have the common characteristics. Firstly, they are based on removing of the virus, paying attention to enhance body immunity. Both of them will be placed on the top. Secondly,the emphasis is different YunQi in the year - Yun, putting the YunQi -year and the change of actual climate together,and then preventing and curing the plague. In this paper,the results for clinical treatment and prevention of infectious diseases like plague provide important reference materials.
