摘要 目的:通过研究注射用喜炎平对动物重要生命功能的影响,确定受试物非期望出现药物效应的情况;为临床研究和安全用药提供信息。方法:取小鼠、犬分别静脉给药,测定注射用喜炎平对动物中枢神经系统、心血管系统、呼吸系统的影响。结果:分别以注射用喜炎平400、200、100mg/kg静脉注射给药,100mg/kg剂量组对小鼠自主活动的影响与对照组相比差别无显著意义(P>0.05);对小鼠转杆时间无明显影响;注射用喜炎平400mg/kg对戊巴比妥钠所致小鼠的睡眠时间与对照组相比有明显的延长作用(P<0.05)。分别以注射用喜炎平144、72、18mg/kg静脉注射给药,对犬的血压、呼吸、心率、心电与给药前比较差别无显著意义(P>0.05),ST段无明显位移。结论:在本实验中,注射用喜炎平对小鼠的中枢神经系统无明显影响,400mg/kg剂量组对戊巴比妥钠所致小鼠睡眠有明显的协同作用。对动物心血管系统、呼吸系统均无显著性影响。 Objective:To determine the effect of XiYanPing for injection to the vital organs or systems the functions of are acutely critical for life ,identify undesirable pharmacodynamic properties of them ,and then provided the experimental basis for humen. safety. Methods: Mice, dogs given XiYanPing for injection respectively by iv, were determined the influence on cardiovascular respiratory and central nervous system of animal. Results :There were no significant differencs in the motor activity and coordination test to the animals that treated with XiYanPing for injection by iv ( P 〉 0. 05 ), and those dosages were 400mg/kg, 200mg/kg, 100mg/kg. Compared with the control group, drugs in the group of XiYanPing for injection 400mg/kg, significantly prolonged the time of falling asleep in the test of hypnosis induced by pentobarbital sodium in mice( P 〈0. 05). There were no significant differcncs in blood pressure, respiration, heart rate, ECG compared with the pre - administration ( P 〉 0. 05 ), and ST segment was no significant displacement. Conclusion : XiYanPing for injection had no significant effect on the central nervous systems of experimen- tal animals in our test, and 400mg/kg dose of it had significant synergies with pentobarbital sodium induced sleep in mice. XiYan- Ping for injection had no significant effect on the cardiovascular,respiratory systems.
