摘要
目的:通过建立大鼠急性心肌缺血动物模型,探讨鹿茸醇提物在心肌缺血损伤后期对损伤心肌的保护作用。方法:通过结扎左冠状动脉前降支法制备心肌缺血动物模型,采用NO试剂盒及放射免疫法检测心肌一氧化氮(NO)及降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)含量。结果:鹿茸醇提物给药各组中大鼠心肌NO含量与CGRP含量明显高于模型组。结论:在大鼠急性心肌缺血后期,鹿茸醇提物可能通过影响心肌组织中NO及CGRP含量来保护受损心肌。
Objective :Through establi( 1. First CLinical College of JiLin University ;2. School of Baiqiuen Medical Sciences ,JiLin University,Changchun 130021 ,China) shing the acute myocardial ischemia rat model, we discuss the protection of the abstraction of Cornu Cervi on damaged myocardlum during the later period of acute myocardial ischemia. Methods : We adopted the myocardial ischemia rat model by ligaturing their front-fall branch of left coronary attery, Myocardial NO and the CGRP content were examined by NO reagent box and radio-immunity means. Results:compared with the model group,the myocardial NO content and CGRP content was increased in the abstraction of Cornu Cervi group. Conclusion : During the later period of acute myocardial ischemia, the abstraction of Cornu Cervi had the affection on the content of NO and CGRP to protect injured myocardium.
