摘要 为使广大中小制造企业能够以较低成本和容易操作的技术门槛实现信息化,提出了基于JSP的三层网络计算信息模型,构建了基于ASP平台和J2EE规范的制造企业信息化服务系统的集成框架,详细论述了程序文件在服务器的配置。系统的应用服务器选用Apache Tomcat 4.0,浏览工具服务器选用Au-tovue,数据库管理系统采用M icrosoft SQL Server 2000,应用JDBC技术实现系统与数据库的无缝连接。最后,在J2EE平台模式下建立了网络化制造信息服务系统,在该系统中,大连理工大学承担应用服务提供商的角色,而企业属于用户。所研究的信息化方案被应用于大连三洋家用电器有限公司电热水瓶的设计。应用结果表明,该系统在加快制造企业新产品开发方面具有很大潜力。 To enable many Chinese traditional medium and small manufacture enterprises to realize information construction with lower cost and technical threshold, three-layer network computing information model based on JSP(Java Server Pages) is advanced and an information construction service system based on ASP mode and J2EE configuration is built. A detailed description about the configuration of the program files in the server of the system is given. Apache Tomcat 4.0 is selected as the application server, browse tool server adopts Autovue, DBMS uses Microsoft SQL Server 2000. Utilize JDBC technique to achieve the seamless connection between the system and the database. Finally, a network based manufacturing information system is designed and realized. Dalian university of technology is the ASP of the information system, and the enterprises are users. The system is applied in the design of electric kettle in Dalian SANYO Refrigeration Co., Ltd. The application results have shown that the system has great potential to speed up the production development of manufacturing system.
