摘要
简要分析冷却运输机的驱动装置改进前后的驱动力情况。通过比较可知,改进后的驱动方式将减速箱的输出套筒直接连接在冷却运输机的主动轴上,取消了原结构上动力输入轴,减少了传动环节,这样消除了油缸回程运动引起的间隙误差和传动冲击,提高了冷却运输链的运输精度和使用寿命。
This paper analyses the driving force of the unimproved and improved cooling transporter. The output sleeve of gearbox is connected directly the driving shaft of improved cooling transporter, canceling the input shaft of original structure. Thus, the clearance error and driving impact were caused by hydrocylinder are eliminated and the transportation precision and service life of the transportation chain are increased.
