摘要
依据弧面凸轮分度机构的啮合原理和磁性研磨技术的特点,通过对从动盘进行改装设计,实现对弧面凸轮工作廓面的磁性磨削,使弧面凸轮工作廓面的质量得到了极大的改善,这为弧面凸轮研磨床的设计提出了新的方向。同时阐述了影响磁性研磨的若干因素。
Based on the mesh principle of the roller gear cam indexing mechanism and the characteristics of magnetic abrasive technology, through modifications design of the driven plate,which realized magnetic grinding for work profile of the roller gear cam,the quality of work profile of the roller gear cam has been greatly improved,which put forward a new direction for the desgin of the grind machine.At the same time, some factors of impact of the magnetic abrasive was expounded.
