轿车轮辐侧孔冲模结构设计

摘要 轮辐是组合式车轮的主要组成部分,它的质量直接影响整个车轮在运行过程中的性能。在冲轮辐侧壁8个出水孔时由于有较大的侧向应力存在、且受力方向与竖直方向形成的夹角,容易使已经加工好的中心孔和预加工的螺栓孔产生严重变形,影响车辆在行驶时的稳定性、平顺性及配套轮胎的使用寿命,所以应把冲侧孔这道工序安排在冲中心孔和加工螺栓孔之前。采用整体冲模一次成形的方案,并设计了一套完整的侧孔整体冲模,采用的下冲倾斜斜楔结构可预防凸模受弯扭而损坏并且提高斜楔机构的效率,同时对模具的主要参数进行了选取,增加了强迫复位装置以使斜楔复位。 As a major component of combined wheel, the quality of spoke has a direct impact on the performance of the entire wheel in its process of running. The working procedure of punching side bore should be arranged in front of punching center bore and machining bolt hole, because the biggish side stress exists and the angle between stress direction and vertical easily makes center hole completed and bolt hole pretreatment having serious deformation which influences stability, ride of the automobile and natural life of tyre when eight holes are punched on spoke side wall. The scheme of whole punching die with one-off figuration is adopted, and the whole punching die of side hole is designed which uses undershoot wedge structure to prevent punch damage by bending and to improve the efficiency of wedge structure. And the main parameters of mold have been selected, adding a forced reset device in order to reset wedge.
