摘要
渐开线斜齿轮是机械设备中常用的传动零件,其齿形复杂,传统的齿轮建模过程比较繁琐。介绍了在Pro/E环境下,运用三维参数化设计功能,实现标准渐开线斜齿轮的造型方法和步骤。该方法从原理出发,利用方程建立渐开线,保证齿轮齿形的准确性。通过修改相应的设计参数及关系式,能够实现不同模数、齿数齿轮的快速造型,提高设计效率。
Involute helical gear is a transmission part which used in machinery equipments, but its shape is complicated, and the traditional modeling of the gear is heavy workload. The research introduces the methodologies and steps of exact modeling by using 3D parametric design function for the standard involute helical gears under the environment of Pro/E. The method is based on principle, using equation to build up the involute, and consequently we can ensure the accuracy of the involute gear shape. The designers can carry out quick modeling of various modulus and teeth number by only changing the relevant parameters and relational expressions. Then the design efficiency was raised.
