摘要
针对走钢机行走小车经常出现的减速机输出轴易弯曲、齿轮齿条易磨损等故障现象,从齿轮、齿条受力原理和行走小车的结构角度,提出了改进设计的方案。
Aiming to solve the problems of the bend of export spindle of the retarder and gear and rack abrasion that often found in stepped dolly of transport billet setup, based on the analysis of force bear on the gear and rack and frame of stepped dolly, brings forward the scheme of improved design.
