The library core competence management is the management of the library core ability factor. It is a continual,circulating,dynamic,developing and the enhancing process,we should use the dynamic management idea to manage it. The dynamic management of library core competence is an en- tire circulatory management of the full process, which progress includes determination, cultivation,application and appraisal. Its purpose is to keep library core competence in the lead status. The article analyzes the influence factor of library core competence, and discusses its management mechanism.
