摘要美国著名科普作家和科幻作家阿西莫夫说过：＂科普太重要了,不能只交给科学家来做＂。从另一个角度说,科普的任务太艰巨了,只靠科技界的力量也不够,需要建立一个统一战线,联合各方面的力量来做科普。发达国家正在这方面付出不懈的努力。
