摘要
介绍了国内外城市固体垃圾处理的新技术，结合中国国情提出新建城市大垃圾堆场的选址，设计和施工方法，最后重点阐述旧垃圾堆场的防水改造措施。
A new technique in city solid garbage treatment home and abroad is introduced here, in connection with the site selection, design and construction of new yards for city garbage. Emphasis is laid on reconstruction for water-proof f old garbage yards.
