摘要
在对自然科技资源产权的基本涵义进行初步分析的基础上,根据自然科技资源的出资形式提出了产权界定类型,主要包括政府主导型、政府与市场联合型和市场主导型。重点对不同投资主体的自然科技资源的产权进行了界定。
On the basis of primary analysis of their property rights definition, the paper brings out three types of property rights connotation that are government dominant, market dominant and government or market combination according to contributive form of developing natural resources for S＆T. Mainly the paper makes the property rights connotation of the different investment subjects hereinbefore.
