商务服务业知识资产保护手段选择的实证研究

A study on the selection of intellectual property protection methods in professional business services

随着服务业日益走向知识密集和创新密集,服务业知识资产保护问题日益突出,而相关研究却非常少见。本文选取商务服务业这一典型的知识密集型服务业为对象,在文献梳理及多案例研究结果的基础上,提炼出三类典型的知识资产和七类主要的知识资产保护手段,并实证分析了不同保护手段对各类知识资产保护的有效性,为商务服务业知识资产的保护实践提供了直接的理论指导,并拓宽了知识资产保护这一领域的研究工作。

With the service industry turning more and more knowledge intensive and innovation intensive, the problem of intellectual property protecion in this industry is becoming more important day by day. However, researches in this field are still in great lack. This paper studies the IP protection in professional business services. On the basis of relevant researches and the results of a muti - case analysis, three typical types of IP and seven main kinds of IP protection methods are presented and an empirical analysis on the effectiveness of these IP protection methods is conducted. This paper aims to providing direct theoretical guidance for the IP protection practices of professional business service firms, and enlarging current researches in IP protecion field.
