摘要
通过对外植体愈伤组织诱导形成的影响因素进行分析,提出采用打孔器法来截取外植体,该法能减小样本误差,并能提高操作效率。并提出了描述愈伤组织形成整齐度的概念——"出愈势"。
Analyzed the factors which affect introduction of the callus,bring forward that using stiletto implement to take explant will increase the swatch error, and improve operation efficiency. Finally put forward the callus initiating potential which describe uniformity of callus introducted.
