摘要 微生物提高原油采收率的机理主要包括微生物本身对原油的直接作用和微生物代谢产物对油层的间接作用,通过对中外比较典型的数学模型及应用进行对比分析,详细阐述了现阶段微生物驱油数学模型的优缺点、应用情况及存在的问题,认为微生物提高采收率数学模型发展的关键是对微生物在多孔介质中运移规律及增产机理的完善。为体现出模型的可靠性及实用性,应对所建模型进行敏感性分析、简化模型方程和优化解法,从而实现矿场试验方案的编制。 The mechanism of microbial enhanced oil recovery mainly includes a direct effect of microorganism by themselves on crude oil and an indirect effect of microbial metabolite on reservoirs.The relative merits,application and issues of current microorganism flooding numerical simulation were analyzed in detail by comparing these typical mathematical models of internal with the overseas.The improvement on flow and stimulation mechanism of microorganism in porous medium is the key in development of numerical simulation in microbial enhanced oil recovery. In order to display the reliability and practicality of the model,it should be done to analyze the sensitivity,simplify the model equations and optimize the numerical solution,and the field test projects would be established.
