摘要
对报废的X6D-320型导热油进行了酸洗、碱洗、白土吸附,其间再加以水洗和过滤等试验处理,经过对比试验,分析了试验各步骤参数变化对导热油再生效果的影响及其原因,确定了最佳参数取值范围。通过试验表明,对X6D-320报废导热油在30℃加以98%浓硫酸进行酸洗、在70℃用10%NaOH溶液碱洗、在90℃用活性白土吸附,再生效果最为理想。
The waste heat transfer oil which type is X6D -320 is regenerated by picking,alkali washing, clay in adsorption, and with further treatment such as water washing and filtration. After a series of comparative experiments, the effect and causes of these parameters in each step to regeneration is analyzed, the best parameter range is determined. The test shows that the best regeneraton condition is picking by 98% concentrated sulphuric acid at 30 ℃, alkali washing by 10% NaOH solution at 70 ℃ and adsorping by activated clay at 90 ℃.
