摘要
四川油气田固井作业中技术套管和尾管井段大部分为快速地层。评价固井质量的主要方法为声幅系列仪器,普通声波变密度资料受快速地层影响明显,在固井质量胶结良好井段,评价结论精度偏低,容易出现误判。从测量原理、特点和资料解释方法等方面对AMK-2000M固井质量检测仪器进行探讨和分析。AMK-2000M仪器由声波MAK-9M和伽马密度SGDT-100M组成。指出其评价快速方法综合了弹性波运动学、动力学参数和水泥环密度值等信息,可以有效消除快速地层对固井质量评价结果的影响,评价结果准确、直观;可以单独使用声波MAK-9M资料进行评价,也可以使用AMK-2000M资料综合解释。
In cementing operations in Sichuan oil & gas field, the technical casings and tailrasings pipes are in the most part of fast formation. The chief cementing quality evaluation method is acoustic log series, and the acoustic variable density log data are often strongly affected by the fast formation. Even in the better cementing intervals, the detecting accuracy is still very poor, thereby, it's easy to get wrong identification. Studied and analyzed are measuring principle and log data interpretation method of AMK-2000M detector. This detector consists of MAK-9M and SG- DT-100M. The cementing quality evaluation method for the fast formation with AMK-2000M integrates the elastic wave dynamic and kinematics parameter as well as cement sheath density, etc. so as to effectively remove effect of fast formation on the cementing quality evaluation. This method provides visual and quick evaluation result. The MAK-9M log data may be independently used and the AMK-2000M log data may be comprehensively used for the quality evaluation.
