摘要
本文在分析了分散剂在工业生产上的应用情况及分散剂的使用功能后,认为,在超细氢氧化铝滤饼中加入分散剂,通过在颗粒表面的吸附作用,使超细氢氧化铝之间产生自润滑作用,借助静电斥力和空间位阻效应稳定颗粒分散液,避免其絮聚,从而最大限度的提高超细氢氧化铝浆液固含。有效降低了浆液含水率,达到提高烘干设备台时产能、节约资源降低制造成本的目的。
After analyzing industrial application of the dispersible agent and its function, the paper finds that adsorption of hydrate particle surface caused by adding the dispersible agent to the superfine hydrate alumina cake generates self - lubrication among the superfine hydrate alumina, which can stahlize the particle dispersible agent by the help of electrostatic repulsion and space hindrance, and prevent it from flocculation. And therefore it can maximally increase the solid content of the superfine hydrate alumina slurry. Finally the manufaeturing east has been decreased with high capacity of drying equip- ments and low resource usage because of low ware contents of the slurry.
