摘要
对炼油厂重油催化裂化过程硅铝催化剂失活的原因进行了分析研究,提出了回流浸取法再生催化剂的新工艺。采用该工艺处理后的催化剂含镍量可由0.8%降至0.21%,活性恢复95.7%,达到工业应用标准。
Based on the analysis of the factors that cause the loss of activity of silicon-aluminium catalyst used in catalytic cracking of heavy oil in Shijiazhuang Refinery , a new reflux-leaching process is developed to regenerate the spent catalyst. The content of nickel in the catalyst regen- erated by the process can be reduced from 0. 8% to 0. 21% , the activity of catalyst can be re- gained as high as 95. 7%.
