摘要
研制了一种新型高强度铸造铝合金,并对该合金的热处理工艺与其微观组织及结构进行了研究。结果表明,该合金在550℃/10h、150℃/12h进行固溶和时效处理,可析出大量的条状θ″相和少量的片状θ′相,使合金具有较高的强度和韧性,抗拉强度σb达到479Mpa,延伸率δ5达到5.0%。
The heat treatment and microstructure of a new high strength cast Al alloy were studied, The results show that the best heat treatment process of the alloy is solution treatment and aging process at 550℃ for 10 hours or at 150℃ for 12 hours, then the new Al alloy is able to separate out a great deal of strip phase θ''and bit of flake phase θ', the microtructure makes the Al alloys have a better intension and toughness: σb = 479MPa, δ5 =5%.
