通过对我国能源内涵及能源状况的概述,阐明从源头上应采取的节能降耗措施,对从源头上促进节能降耗确保可持续发展进行探讨。

Through the description of energy connotation and the energy condition outline of our country, this paper expounded the measures we should adopt to reduce energy consumption from source. The insurance of sustainable development by energy conservation from the source was discussed.
