摘要
在管网叠压供水系统中,水泵只有处于高效范围内稳定地运行,才能够达到节能、有效供水的目的。本文先根据管网压力、阻力损失等推算得系统在按最不利点压力恒定控制时的水泵运行区域,然后结合水泵特性曲线推求得水泵在叠压供水系统中利用时,适宜的流量和扬程范围。并提出在系统流量小于最小值时,建议采用气压罐辅助供水;市政压力大于一定值时,可以考虑采用持压阀控制余压的最大值。
In the network pressure - superposed water supply system, the expected energy - saving of water - supply can not be obtained unless the pump is operating at the stable and high active condition. First of all, in this paper, the operation region of pump is calculated from the pipe press and the damage of resistance when the system is under the most disadvantageous point pressure condition, and then combining with the pump characteristic curve, the pump's suitable flow and lift range can be calculated while the pump is under the pressure - superposed water supply system. At the same time, this paper drew the conclusions that the barrier diaphragm - type pressurized water tank should be used when the flow rate lower than the minimum value, and when the network - pressure is larger than a given value, it should be considered to use the pressure maintaining valve in order to control the max pressure of the network..
