摘要
介绍了乙烯装置裂解气压缩机内聚合结焦的情况及机理,提出了解决裂解气压缩机内聚合结焦的主要方法是注油、注阻聚剂和级间注水。重点介绍了裂解气压缩机级间注水的技术及其解决聚合结焦问题的原理。
The polymer coke and the mechanism of coke formation in cracking gas compressor in ethylene plant are introduced,and some methods for preventing the coke polymerization in cracking gas compressor are put forward.Interstage water injection technology for cracking gas compressor and the principle of solving the coke polymerization problem are mainly introduced.
